In the UK the way we approach building projects has not changed. Known as the traditional route a client would approach a main contractor and ask then to tender for a project. The main contractor would return the quote or tender and if accepted work would commence as soon as possible project managers would spend their time monitoring the builder and reporting back on progress.

We provide a range of Project Management Services whether advising clients on a new or evolving project, preparing business cases or developing a project team.

We focus the delivery of our projects on lean construction and the use of efficient procurement via a construction management route. This approach allows us to help our clients remove a layer of unnecessary costs. Instead of employing a main contractor you use a Construction Manager and deliver the project by employing a collection of consultants and sub contractors. We act as your project lead and push your project forwards to delivery.

Programme Management.

 

Effective and calculated programme management can be a game changer for any SME developer and its something often overlooked. We help our clients understand the whole project lifecycle and improve overall project performance by improving efficiency, looking at alternative methods of construction and monitoring the whole procurement chain from Strat to finish.
