In the UK the way we approach building projects has not changed. Known as the traditional route a client would approach a main contractor and ask then to tender for a project. The main contractor would return the quote or tender and if accepted work would commence as soon as possible project managers would spend their time monitoring the builder and reporting back on progress.

Instead of employing a main contractor you use a Construction Manager and deliver the project by employing a collection of consultants and sub contractors. We act as your project lead and push your project forwards to delivery.
